Disc Two - I Am Beloved Meditation - is a 26-minute guided visualization followed by 22 minutes of quiet, restful music. Awesome - highly recommended. Relaxation cd put me to sleep like a baby...
author: John RotierSandi Anders' melodic voice, soothing words and peaceful background music on this 2-cd set are so relaxing, so calming. The first cd is all about relaxation, letting go of stress, and just sinking into this gorgeous voice which softly carries you away. The second cd is about feeling good about yourself, a kind of magical journey filled with good and kind thoughts and great hope for the future. I want more! When is Vol. II going to be ready??
