A CD compilation of the first two releases by the band. Martin Birke of Casualty Park appears on this release alongside Chuck Ehlis and Daniel Panasenko and there are certainly some elements of Casualty Park here. Hypnotic tribal drum patterns are mixed with experimental rhythms and various dark drones and scraping sounds. The unsettling atmosphere is enhanced with blasts of free jazz style saxophone and on some tracks there is some wonderful Chinese and Japanese style influence. In fact many of the tunes seem to have influence from various parts of the world, such as Africa, China, Japan and Australia! My mind is running riot! The track Elephant Man is ritual tribal hunting music: finding and killing the wild boar, and leaving it to roast over a bubbling cauldron! This is the kind of thing the music brings to my mind. Maybe everyone can go on their own mental journey. Give this your attention and travel the world without leaving the comfort of your living room!!
