notes
These 16 traditional Christmas classics were recorded in my rural cabin home (better known as "the Shack") overlooking a five-acre pond on my great-great grandparents 1840 homestead in the upstate of South Carolina (which should explain some occasional background noises).
I played my Taylor 814C and used two borrowed microphones. The purpose was to capture the casualness that often escapes modern studio recordings and hope that it sounds as if I'm sitting on your sofa . . . which, by the way, I'd be happy to do. Seriously! Contact me for a House Concert and we'll make it happen!

This is the first instrumental album in series of all solo, fingerstyle acoustic projects. Look forward to "Acoustic Sunday" ( a collection of southern gospel tunes) and "Acoustic Lullabies" and a complete Acoustic Fingerstyle Lesson Series.
Have a good holiday,
Sam Anderson

Acoustic Christmas
author: Linda RodenLiked it from the start. The music was clear and enjoyable. Every time we've listened we've heard something that we missed the first time and enjoyed it even more. Please keep up the acoustic work.
