The 5 track CD includes 2 drumming tracks, to assist in the journey process, as well as a crystal bowl journey, an un-looped naturally recorded track of Springbirds, helpful to relax before beginning the journey, and a babbling brook, also used for relaxation, or to journey with.

Frauke Rotwein has studied extensively in shamanism for over 16 years, exploring many different cross cultural approaches. She has studied with Dr. Michael Harner, a pioneer in shamanism and the director of The Foundation For Shamanic Studies. She has produced 3 shamanic drumming CD's to date, and has been on the staff at Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, NY, since 1995. Frauke has a private shamanic practice, located at her family farm, in Montgomery, N.Y.
