notes
Rosie Smith is an twenty year old vocalist and multi instrumentalist from Cornwall, UK. Her first album, “Guilty Consumer”, completed in 2006, was written, recorded and engineered in her Dad’s studio when he wasn’t looking.
Everyone who has heard "Guilty Consumer", recognises a special unique talent. The song writing is ... well, when was the last time you heard a really good song that stayed with you all day, got under your skin, moved you?
"Mona’s Song" won the Christopher Goharriz award in 2006 the UK after a live performance that left the audience spellbound.
Her thoughtful lyrics, catchy melodies and intimate vocals really hit the spot. Do your soul a favour, consume this while you can.

lovely, unique singer-songwriter
author: lisaLyrics that are intelligent, a sound that's relaxed, a voice that is honest - a talented artist that I hope to hear a lot more of. I have over 100 recordings by singers and musicians who are Baha'is. I enjoy hearing how the ideas in this Faith are reflected in their work, and I know the more they sell, the more music we'll get. I've never heard anyone like Rosie, and I'm playing her cd repeatedly.

author: ManijehI really loved this CD, not pretentious in any way, but straight from the heart, she is obviously touched by the world around her. sensetive, soulful and melodic, I look forward to lots more from Rosie. A very fine start to a promising music career. can listen to it over and over again.
A beautifully unique and soulful vocalist and songwriter.
author: GeorginaOnce you have listened to this album once you will be going straight back to start at the beginning. A truly memorable album that not only has some great songs sung with a refreshingly original and soulful voice but the arrangement and production has a wonderfully light touch. This honest and talented songwriter can only get better with age. Stand out tracks include Follow The Sun, The One and Give. I Look forward to hearing more from Rosie.
