Immaculate (and intelligent) pop-rock
author: M. MostagirShort and to the point; Earth and Shoal doesnt pretend to be anything other than what it is: A collection of 5 really good tunes filled with hooks and great singing. Good luck trying not to hum the first few lines from 'Turn Away' hours after you've listened to it for the first time! A quality shared by all the tracks on the EP. AJ has an immaculate pop-rock ear and it shows. Recommended.
behold the power of cheese
author: HilaryA.J.'s lyrics are brilliant; his voice is full of emotion. Each song on this CD is a masterpiece. Even though there are only 5 tracks, I can listen to this CD for hours. Stop reading this and buy the cd already!!
