notes
Mr. Roosevelt Baskin and what a gentleman and a nice family man with all the love one can have for his music. What you hear on this album is all Roosevelt, the voices in the background you hear are Roosevelt. What a talent this man
Has as a vocalist, writer, and producer. Entertaining is his life--he can do a song at the piano and make you think it is your song personally. His hi pitched voice is unreal. He loves country music, r&b, and the blues. You will soon find that you are so touched by the real down to earth lyric and the personal touch he gives them that you will want to e mail him a note and get one of his albums to wing away the night. College and stage performance are at at first class top of the line --sing 'em the blues--and a smile that goes with his personality. I own antique records and i have taken Roosevelt Baskin as my personal challenge to that number one spot on the charts. Nelson Larkin from Nashville, Tennessee, who has produced a large number of number one songs and just this minute with one of his artists on the country charts with 'breaking what is left of my heart', says Geno - you got a winner there now go for it and i am...Geno Strasser
