notes

Immerse yourself into the chaotic realm of ROGUE.

Let "Trainwreck" launch you diesel style thru a twisitng journey of sound.

Enter the pit of rage in "Fist" and get lost in the pyscho meanderings and schizophrenic beat inside "Skitz".

Chain yourself to the cross of morality as "Mindgrind" indeed does as the title suggests.

Then, just as you think you have this CD figured out, the punk-core of "Don't Cry" serves notice of the bands versatility and provides a contrasting lead-in to the epic title track, "Life in the Morgue".

In this subterranean vault you'll feel the entombing weight of the earth and feel the surge of life as you shake off death only to be prepared to be indulged in the haunting keyboards, soulful lyrics and grinding guitar of "Misguided Youth".

"Fantasy" and "Double-Time Woman" may have you asking the question: Are they one in the same?.

Your journey comes full circle as the ripping riffage of "Chaos" is interrupted with "L.A.W."(you figure it out) and comes to a phrenetic, double-bass driven close with the vengeful yet just "Angry Again".

A masterful work of contrast, cohesiveness and... life.

My favorite CD! I play this when I need a metal fix! Like the way Rogue takes it to the "Fist"! Skitz and Double-Time Woman rock! And the mellow Misguided Youth was a nice twist. Can honestly say there isn't one song I ff through. They're all great!
