We wanted to make our third annual concert at The Grand 1894 Opera House an afternoon of music that everyone would be familiar with and love. Irving Berlin's music was the perfect choice. As Jerome Kern sais, "Irving Berline has no place in American music. Irving Berlin IS American Music." He wrote over a thousand songs, all of which have taken their place in the hearts of Americans. Great music - I miss the stories.
