notes
Bubba D Liverance & the Cornhole Prophets are an unusual breed of musician, based in Alabama, and have recorded an unconventional album. These guys are all "nuts", in this for fun and the love of good music. Bubba writes songs according to the mood he's in at the time, which results in a spectrum of styles ranging from 60's and 70's throwback Rock 'n Soul, Carolina Beach, funk, gospel, to swing. The album is pure escapism that makes you feel good! And, if you ever get the chance, you'll want to see this band live when they storm the stage like true Rock 'n Soul Marines!

Let My Peoples Dance
author: MopsiGreat first album! This group is fun and crosses the style barrier.Multiple favorites! Being a Carolina Girl, I thought "If You Can't Shag" was my favorite...but realize that "Mo Better", "...Seafood Platter" and "I'm Fixin' To" are equally good.I'm spreading the word about Rev Bubba and The Prophets. Can't wait to see them in person.

This album is great! I love every song, but being from Carolina and a shagger, I just love "If You Can't Shag". I think this will become my theme song. It was even more special when I got a postcard from the Rev himself. Keep up the GREAT work and the music coming!

author: Bubba's Biggest FanWhat else can I say about a first release albumn by any group. This is totally awsome. You would think these guys have been performing together for years. The Rev doesn't look that old but he is talented beyond his years. I can't wait to there are at a venue near me. If I didn't have to work for a living I would be a groupie. What would we be called, prophets? Again guys you are great. Can't wait for the next albumn. I hear your are burning them up over seas. I can't even decide which song I like the best. Let the eagle fly is pretty cool especially if you are a Auburn fan. The Pearly Gates, I can see every church in America playing that. If that don't get your foot stomping what will. What about Seafood Platter, Now that is my kind of woman. Bring her on!. I could just go on and on but again I have to work. Rock and Roll for Ever!
