Daniel Liguori is the pilot of Remedy 526. He originated the band while pursuing a master's degree at the University of Texas in Austin. Daniel's music career started as a desire and dream on the family piano at the age of 15. The dream continued as he learned guitar and began to write his own songs. With a Bono or Eddie Vedder-like style of lyric writing, the depth and content of Daniel's words bring the listener a message to contemplate. The music is interesting and intelligent with the chords, melodies, and textures contributing to a clear, crisp, alternative rock sound. Daniel has spent a good part of his recent career playing solo acoustic gigs around the country and at times this translates onto Remedy 526's latest album, "In a Dream." Presently, Daniel continues to write, record, promote, and perform his music.
