Reimano fine guitar music
Harmony and variety has been Reimano´s hallmark over the past fifteen years. For nearly eight years he was part of the well known German acoustic duo Guitharmonie. With Guitharmonie he established his musical reputation far beyond Germany. He performed together with international top artists like Rafael Riqueni, Ismael Barambio, Peter Horton, the Gipsy Kings, and others. With Guitharmonie he released three CD´s: "Echoes in the mirror" 1992, "Guitars on fire" 1994, and "Acoustic Expension" 1998.
His good reputation as composer particularly bases on these CD´s. With typical Mediterranean lightness he presents many of his own compositions ranging from folk to the swing of Django Reinhardt and rumba of the Gipsy Kings.
In the year 2000 Reimano became solo artist.
"Music should touch people´s soul and the most effective way to achieve this is through melody."
Reimano´s music and his new demanding program corresponds to this statement. He has added pop ballads and nice rhythmic songs by famous songwriters such as EricClapton, Carlos Santana, Sting, Mark Knpfler, Bruce Springsteen, Dido, and others In 2001 he released his first CD: Reimano "Dream".
Now in his new album: Reimano "Best of romantic songs" he comes very close to his motto. He selected the most beautiful romantic songs , added some of his own compositions, arranged perfectly sounding playbacks and by combining the songs with self - composed interludes, played on his exquisite Laplane guitar, he creates an atmosphere of harmony and emotion from the first second to the last. Nice examples: "Brothers in arms","Aiysha","Streets of Philadelphia".
Surely this is Reimano´s best CD. Just listen and relax.

Outstanding Classical Guitar CD

His influences definitely cannot be pinned down to one style or genre. It is Latin guitar for the most part, although you will hear classical, rock as well as blues elements. The musicianship is of professional quality and Reimano's guitar sounds fantastic. The arrangements are unique and the use of a rock organ at times adds a cool dimension to the sound. Highlights include "Aiysha," with an intro arrangement that keeps your ears at attention as it moves into a thing of beauty. "White Flag" is haunting, with an intimate intro and interesting synths. "Scubacoustic" wraps things up nicely with more intimacy and edgy synths. If you enjoy beautiful classical guitar music, you will enjoy this CD.
