Eddie Reddick, native of New Orleans, Louisiana has been living/ working in the Los Angeles area as a studio musician for over thirty years and have recorded with many artists, some wich have included:
- Chaka Khan
- Billy Cobham
- Wayne Henderson
- Steve Oliver
- Will Donato
- Rogerio Jardim
- Jeff Kashiwa

Now Eddie has brought all these years of experience to his first solo record, entitled 'All Basses Covered', featuring his talents as a vocalist, song writer, producer, and bass player.

    Hey Eddie! Remember me? The girl that hung with Kandi??? =-) Well, let me just tell you that you have always been the best! The days of you and the guys (Art Of Sax) were the best days ever, including Kenny, Steve, Will Donato, etc! Shelly's was rockin'. I have pictures of all of you with us and man does it bring back the memories. Can anyone say, "Serious Groupies?"..Anyhow, hope all is well with you.     Ed Reddick is simply put one of the best Bass Players alive and in studio. This album is a culmunation of many years of hard roadwork as well as concert/club gigs. I have been fortunate to have played with Ed quite a few times through the years and He locks in with the drums as well as anyone in the business. Kudos to you Ed. God Bless you brother.

    The man is a master bass player. If you are a fan of Stanley Clarke you will also love this music. If you are a fan of 80's funk music you will love this CD! I'm ordering more of this CD for my friends I used to go out dancing with! Highly recommend!

    The musicianship is great, and the tunes are good. My only gripe is the number of non-musical introductions: answering machine messages, stories etc. Recommended.

    One of my favourite bassplayers is back! Songs like Funk it out, Dreamer and Give me some (by the L.A. Boppers) are still in my personal top ten of best funksongs ever! Eddie is a great bassplayer and I like his album very much. I hope he will have a lot of success with his solo-album. Maybe also a reunion of the L.A. Boppers??
