Wayne is a five year old prodigy from the Bronzeville area on the south side of Chicago. From the first time his parents introduced the alphabet to him, Wayne's love for letters became unquenchable. While other infants were just learning to crawl, Wayne was already perfecting phonics.

By the age of 3, preschools and day cares around the Chicagoland area were requesting Wayne's expertise as a letter pro. Wayne, with the help of his parents, soon began a tutorial program for toddlers.

"I've always loved music; so, I would teach kids their letters by singing songs," says Wayne. One day while tutoring a fellow peer, Wayne's father taped him singing a new version of the alphabet song and mailed the tape to 4 My Kids Records.

Founded by Steve & Amy Grissette in 2001, 4 My Kids Records is a record label that creates quality educational and entertainment products for children, parents and educators. "After hearing the tape, we were blown away by the awesome talent and commitment of such a young kid. It was a no-brainer...we had to sign him." says Amy Grissette, CEO & President of 4 My Kids Records.

Wayne's debut project entitled, "Read Along With Wayne: What's Your Letter?", will be released January 30, 2005. This hot, new hip-hop flava project is not only a CD but it is accompanied by a beautifully-illustrated storybook and a fun-filled workbook.

    Read along with Wayne plays in my car cd player everyday, 2 or 3 times a day. Our 3 year old request it around the clock. It's rocking beats and memorable melodies designed to educate. We are in love with your product. We are looking for more so, keep it coming! Thank you for your dedication to educate with fun. He just stared preschool and I will advise them to get a copy to assist in their job. I cannnot thank you enough!

    The Read Along With Wayne CD, was a great cd I purchased 2 cds one at a childcare conferences and the other off the cdbaby website for a friend. It's a very good buy and a great teaching tool for the children.

    This CD makes learning fun. I would begin my classroom groups with a selection and two things would happen: communication skills were strengthened and my students would teach me the latest dance steps! It was their chance to show me something that they do really well, and this facilitates positive social skills development. I love it!

    Read along with Wayne is the absolute best. Even my 2 year old is learning his letter sounds and vowels! My children sing and dance to it almost everyday...at during breakfast, they dance and eat. It's wonderful. Not only do the children love it, but the adults join in too. We recommend it to EVERYONE, especially preschoolers. It is the coolest way to learn letters, letter sounds and vowels. What we really appreciate about this CD is that it not only gives the letter sounds, but all the sounds for each letter. For example: preschoolers only learn the short A sound in school, but Read Along with Wayne teaches the short and long A sound. Love it!
