Rapsodist: The Master Minstrel (a.k.a. C.J.) was born in San Diego, California and was raised in a barely held together home. He was always looking for the right in what seemed so wrong. The world looked like it was never going to change, and Rapsodist was never going to submit to their ways. In his final months before a desired date he had set to go down a road that would definitely end his life, God interrupted Rapsodist. Rapsodist says, “God stopped all the millions of things He has to do and reached out His hand to me, and I’ll never let go”. Rapsodist grabbed onto his purpose and that is all he lives for, and will die for. He sees nothing else but the call and it shows through his music. Rapsodist: The Master Minstrel is the reflection of the true heart of God.
This album, “Poetic Justice”, marks the rebirth of the young man known as Rapsodist: The Master Minstrel. Take a journey into his Testimony, as the album “Poetic Justice” reveals the story of Rapsodist’s life changing epiphany into Salvation, executing God’s uniquely given Gift of rhythm and words. People have said upon receiving the album, they were “surprised”, “pleasantly surprised”, and “I don’t really like rap but I like this”. They are all different types of people with a common ground, that Rapsodist: The Master Minstrel is good music. Fans love the passion and delivery Rapsodist brings to the table. The lyrics are so deep in how they marry the music it defines his name. Support God’s Movement through this vessel, Rapsodist: The Master Minstrel, to continue to Bless the masses. The World Is In Need.
