Ralicke's debut CD, Salty Plum, features his own rough hewn vocals and unusual arrangements that will sooth and surprise you. You'll find him playing a lot of the instruments himself along with some help from his friends. Known as a saxophonist and trombonist, a respected veteran of the L.A. music scene, Ralicke's resume includes eight years playing with the Hollywood ska band, Jump with Joey and a four year stint touring and recording with Beck. Along the way he has also recorded and/or toured with the esteemed and varied likes of Macy Gray, Ben Harper, Ziggy Marley, Natalie Merchant, Ozomotli, Action Figure Party, Smokey Hormel's Henri, Jude, Boom Shaka, Ras Michael, Brazzaville, Larkin Mclean and Cambodian rock band Dengue Fever.

Crunchy tunes with a chill feel
author: Patrick Hoganthis album is definately worth the $9. It's got a strange, eerie kinda vibe, but it still sounds totally chill. It's hard to classify into one genre, it's got dub, electronic, and trance kinda stuff. Totally cool.

The songs take you on a ride~ some make you get up and dance (Havin' a ball- love this one!) others make you want to lay back and chill with a glass of wine & listen to luscious vocals and amazing horn playing (Just Like Wine, Mina) Mad Finder is a funky song that will stay in your head all day... and you'll be happy you got Salty Plum :) Ralicke is soulful, funky, and fun. Check this album out~

Songs are timeless and bring you to another place. I can't wait to him live!
