notes
This album is a document of the successful US tour, a live session in their home town Seattle. You can hear the crowd just going crazy over 2 acoustic guitars and duet vocals. Playing their old time classics like "Flavor of the Month", "Suddenly Mary" and "Solar Sister", you can clearly hear the beautiful harmonies and virtuoso guitar playing you used to miss on electric sets. This album was originally released on casa recordings in us, however this painted sky version includes 2 exclusive recordings of "Hate Song" and "Somehow Everything", and also lyrics sheets that are not included in the us version.

The Posies at their absolute best!
author: Joachim PalmqvistHaving seen Jon Auer and Ken Stringfellow live onstage in Malmö, Sweden,on this very tour it is a privilige to have it recorded on CD. This is the Posies at their absolute best. Great songs with great harmonies and two guys with a laidback attitude. This is a brilliant CD!!
