Populus is a progressive rock/metal band from Montreal, Canada. Rooted in the metal genre, Populus elevates itself through the exploration of deep melodies and instrumentation. Fusing the rich textures of piano and acoustic instruments with distorted guitars, the music evokes a vast range of emotions.

It's promising !
author: JonathanI've heard this band live, and I swear you... It was an incredible performance. Their songs are really well and it's surely my best discovery since Dream Theater and Symphony X. You must encourage this young formation, they are promising !
