Phil weaves a tale softly and smoothly, as he takes the listener on a special journey back to old Ireland. His musical expertise lends a brilliant touch of classical to these extremely popular native songs. His piano work is exceptional and his style reflects one of such great care to transform the listener to a time gone by in the homeland. Of course, no collection would be complete without "O Danny Boy", superbly done by Phil. A comical number, entitled "Who Threw the Overalls in Mistress Murphy's Chowder" gives a whimsical feel, and our all-time favorite has to be the medley "FINALE AND FAREWELL to the OLDE SOD".
