Mike was 17 years old when he began playing guitar in his hometown, Detroit, Michigan. Two years later, he moved to Orlando, Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Music Degree in Classical Guitar. For more than 20 years, Mike has performed with various musical groups throughout Central Florida. Currently, he is performing both solo and with his new group, Cayambe. Mike's music, performed on nylon string guitar, showcases his many influences from Latin to jazz to flamenco.

awesome, delightful and refreshing
author: NDeMATTAn amazing collection of original latin jazz music. You will definitely want to add this refreshing, catching collection of songs to your repetoire. I find Isla Del Mar and The Sunrise in the Land of The Pharoahs to be absolutely tantalizing. Few musicians have mastered the flamenco guitar with such beauty.
