Karen Pendley is a Nashville based vocalist, fiddle player and songwriter who has not only backed up and worked in the touring bands of some of the most well known country music stars, but has also pursued her own independent artist career as well. Karen has vast experience in performing as vocalist and fiddler and is well grounded in the traditional country music sound. Her traditional, yet fresh, vocal sound is complimented by some of Nashville’s best musicians, including the legendary fiddler, Buddy Spicher. Also joining Karen on a duet is “the voice”, Vern Gosdin. If you are a real traditional country music and western swing lover, you will truly enjoy this CD, titled “I’ll Be There”.
