notes
I have been playing in bands for around 30 years playing lead, guitar and singing the songs of all my favorite artists and playing original songs to many ,many fans here in Western Australia.I have recently put this cd together to do my renditions of all my favorite musicians, freddy king, eric clapton, duane allman, dickie betts, just to name a few and being my first cd using limited resorces.I found it very easy listening and you will find you have heard most of the tunes at some time or another,Being blues based its a foot tapping experience.I know you will enjoy every note of this cd, there are only two originals on the cd which were written on the day that I recorded it, one called lipstick blues which was acollaboration between pete and myself and the other called watch yourself are very bluesy tracks.ENJOY Im also playing on my mates cd which is listed with cdbaby. Petes cd is called Sublime to Ridiculous by Pete romano all original tunes, check it out ..so keep the faith ...paul felton

Time Waits for No-one
author: KerryannI 'discovered' Paul Felton when I first heard this cd. Brilliant West Aussie Blues Rock talent and a cd you will listen to over and over!
BUY 2!!!
author: petaPaul Felton's guitar playing is blistering! A real leader. But not overdone. Leaving plenty of room for Pete Romano's rhythm guitar to weave in & out. Complimented with a great rhythm section. Paul is a natural, both voice & guitar. An absolute joy to listen to. Buy 2 - the 1st will be worn out!!

The title alone made me buy 'Time Waits For No One'. Paul's recording takes us on a musical journey thru rock, blues & reggae highlighted by some of the best guitar playing I've heard for a long time. The opening track is the fast blues classic 'Further Up the Road', a song stretching back to the 50's where it was recorded by the great Bobby 'Blue" Bland. The reggae treatment is given to Dylan's 'Knockin On Heaven's Door' and creates an entire new feel for the song. His self-penned 'You Had Better Watch Yourself' is a delightful classic blues romp and reminded me a lot of Johnny Winter's best work.
saw this brilliant band live while on holiday in austrailia
author: colin macraean excellent cd in my opnion that blends some rock and a bit of country in a bluesy feel. The vocals and lead guitar playing of this artist are the same on cd as what you hear at a live gig and are nothing less than brilliant. I look forward to hearing a lot more of him in the future. Dynamic, Heartfelt CD from Aussie Bluesman!
author: Steve Sikes-Nova, 'The Virginiaprograsser'I have gladly (with Paul's permission, of course!) uploaded the following tracks to my playlist on 'Newgrass, Prog & More!' Internet Radio on Live365.com: Paul Felton `time waits for no one' "Further Up The Road" "Knocking On Heaven's Door" "Setting Me Up" "Little Wing" "Please Stop Messin' Around" I really like this CD, mates, and recommend it to anyone who likes dynamic, heartfelt blues-based singing and playing.

Correction & Apologies to Paul
author: JimsintobluesMy original review stated this was a covers album. I've since discovered it is in fact a mix of both original work and covers of his favourite tunes over the years. Sorry Paul.
From the very first chord, you're jumping!
author: JimsintobluesIt has that raw, dirty, rocky, driving guitar style. Paul Felton's voice sounds a bit like Bruce Springsteen, back in the "Born In The USA" glory days, but still with an original feel that only an Australian "Southern Son" can deliver. These are covers of his favourite works, but done with up to date rhythms and playing styles. I understand Paul is playing covers & original works at jams & gigs in Flagstaff Az during June 2004. If you get a chance, go see him! Expect to hear more from Paul Felton in the future including original works - Paul, you've done well!
Bloody good stuff
author: laideelineeGreat to hear Paul's still going strong, music is as good as ever, heard him play most of these songs live in the band Deepwater Point, great album, keep singing the blues Paul, you do it so well.

author: Becky BoydExcellent, fun listening ... nothing stingy in the heart of this CD.
Skill approach outcomes honest interpretation and care
author: Chicken NeckPaul Felton is a guitar players guitarist and a true musician. As testamony to this, and on this CD, there are no second takes, no effects just his undeniable genius and a straight to the groove approach to his interpretation of these tunes. A must get CD. Many more please and well done. Watchtower still does it for me bud and er well I also liked....................Oh just go buy it.
So True Paul

Kick-A$$ CD!!!
author: MartinAmazing stuff. Both in performance and production, this CD is flawless - and it kicks! Among my favorite cuts are the riff-based "I Left My Woman" & "Settin Me Up". This is the kind of bluesy rock & roll that music is all about. I also loved "All Along the Watchtower" and "Little Wing" - very cool renditions of old favorites. This is one great CD; every cut is compelling & powerful.
