notes
At a recent in-store appearance at Music Millennium (Portland), Paper or Plastic captivated over one hundred shoppers - who quickly snapped up copies of the new release after the performance.
Reactions like those have caught the attention of the recording industry. To co-produce Come Again, the band enlisted the help of production veterans Larry Dvoskin (Meredith Brooks, Sammy Hagar), Josh Millman (frontman of Portland's The Superficials), and Will Quinnell (Jewel, The Roots).
David Pollock (guitar, vocals), Ty Whittier (bass) and Seth Norman (drums) have played together for merely 2 years. And though the dirty, edgy, guitar-driven sounds of songs like "Come Again" or "5th Avenue" would sound at home on the radio next to songs by The Vines, critics are astonished to learn that none of the bandmates are older than eighteen.

Teenagers with the Songwriting Abilities of Orzabal
author: Tyler BurnsI cannot believe how good the songwriting abilities of these kids are. The songs are good, fresh, and beautifully simple. The sound quality might not be good enough for a car stereo, but it's fine for computers or iPods(with headphones).
