notes
This is Odd Logic's second release and their first rock opera epic. Spanning almost 1 hour and 15 minutes, this journey follows the fantasy readings of a grandfather to his grandchild in a grand tale of conquest and hope. This is Progressive Metal for those of old and new. Melody and power combined in the spirit of music without standards, set within a soundtrack frame of mood effects and character narration. This is next generation independent rock. Influences of Odd Logic include King's X, Dream Theater, Symphony X, Enchant, Yes, Pagan's Mind, Pain Of Salvation, Royal Hunt, Queensryche, Porcupine Tree, Arena, and many, many, many more. Come on in and experience how the Legends Of Monta begin to unfold.

author: corbobThis is a great CD. First heard a song or two on Progulus and i had to order it. Its one you listen to over and over.
PROGRESSIVE METAL DELIGHT!
author: Taylor CPicked up this cd because the cover looked cool and I love prog metal. I'm very impressed with this one. Especially for an independent band, the music is great and it definately has that epic presentation like some of the greats like Dream Theater and Queensryche. This will be in the player for awhile!
Nice one....again.
author: cackoThis album is great, but I really prefer the previous one. Legends of Monta has some fillers, something which is very common for the rock opera albums.
Great STUFF!!! Cranked It, Loved It... Nice job guys!!!
author: Curt MagnusThese guys really kicked ass this time. The story is cool and the music moves. Anyone reading this who loves Prog Metal needs this album. The sound effects and the voice-overs are a great addition. How are these guys unsigned???!!!
