"Doc Allen and the Heartstrings" have done it again and created an extraordinary collection of relaxing music. "Yesterday's Dream" was the first full-length CD released in 2000 and now comes "Hope". And they say that lightening does not strike the same place twice. Well, that ain't true. Newton Allen on piano plays with his trio including Jacob Lawson on violin and Sam Levine on woodwinds (flute, whistle, and soprano sax) as well as Julie Adams on cello with a smattering of percussion, and they have created as fine of a work as can be found anywhere at anytime in any age!
