Todd Milne
Todd Milne is a multi-instrumentalist with a taste for the exotic, merging world styles with electronic processing to create sounds previously unheard. Producer, Music Theorist, Engineer, Graphic Design, Spiritual seeker and Meditator.
Todd meditates and provides the shakuhatchi flute music during sunday morning services at the Spokane Washington Buddhist Temple.
He is the owner and head producer of Perimeter Sound Arts, a music production and sound design studio for software applications, television, internet and other media.

He holds a degree in Commercial Music/Jazz Studies and certificate in Music Technology.
Todd has studied, performed, and recorded music for over 20 years, undertaking studies in sound physics, instrument design, esoteric music theory and many conventional approaches and practices as well as incorporating methods spanning the musical spectrum of the worlds cultures.
Todd Milne is the author of Scales & Modes of World Music:
A Scale-Mode-Chord Matrix and ACID LOOP libraries.
Todd performs on Bamboo Flute, Ney Flute, Electronic Wind Instrument, Electric Guitars, UDU, Doumbek, Tar, Tibetan Bowls and Bells.
Thomas Richardson
Thomas Richardson, a spiritual musician for almost 2 decades, realized in his twenties the healing, experiental positive effects sounds he played had upon his mind, body and emotions.
The celestial vibrations of the sitar, the bamboo flute, the native flute, the sound of the sarod. All these healing tones, instruments, and musicians from across the world, influenced and guided his musical path and philosophical seeking which pointed him towards meditation. To listen to the inner sound. The sound of the heart, the sound of the internal OM, the sound of spirit.
A graduate of Cornish Institute, he holds a B.A. in Jazz MUSIC Studies and JAZZ DRUM KIT.
Thomas has been involved with music and radio production since 1988 and He produced and programmed Erotic Zone Radio in the late 1990s with producer Makira [Rita Bartlet] for the American Radio Network out of Los Angeles, California.
Thomas' brother in law is well known author/musician Lenny Kaye, village voice writer, rock and roll critic, music historian, and the legendary lead guitar player for the Patti Smith Group
Lenny Kaye's influence on Thomas' musical experience and direction have been significant and a huge source of inspiration.
Owner of THE TEMPLE project studio, and now the retired owner of New Dawn Books Metaphysical Store, Thomas is venturing into MusicForWorldPeace.Com and ThomasRichardsonMusic.Com to share his creativity with others and to publish original eastern and oriental ambient music with intent.
Thomas is a bamboo flute instrument designer and is the creator of the FOREST BAMBOO OM Meditation Flute line. Check his website for more information and to purchase his well crafted instruments.
Thomas records and performs on harmonium, synthesizers, sitar, udu, hand drums, native drum, acoustic and electric sitar/guitar, native flutes and various forest bamboo flutes.
THE MISSION --
With the state of the world at this time in history, peace is an ideal that needs to be promoted, nurtured and sustained.
Meditation, contemplation on the divine, compassion, healing, and World Peace are sciences and ideals which inspire and promote evolution and create a harmonius influence in the field of consciousness. The more people who embrace the concept of peace, and meditation the sooner peace will become our reality.
Musicians Thomas Richardson and Todd Milne fully embrace this concept, this truth of peace being cultivated within all people.
Within their musical compositions and forth coming meditative WORLD PEACE CONCERTS the musicians strive to create music that is in harmony with nature, in tune with peaceful intent, devotion, and meditation. To pass along a meditative sound current healing experience for their audiences.
No political agenda or message, just the simple message of contemplate peace in your own life and within the world, visualize peace in the world and create peace in your life and assist in creating peace in the lives of others. Project peace through your life. Promote compassion.
A great vechicle to promote peace is through sound = HEALING.
Music for World Peace will have a rotating group of musicians who join us in different settings as time goes forward. Music For World Peace will be publishing other artists who embrace the peace ideal.
The founding members are Thomas Richardson [Music For World Peace name and website name owner] and Todd Milne.
Guitarist Chris Renz contributed some guitar tracks on our first CD.
We plan for more musicians to be featured on studio recordings and in "LIVE" performance.
