notes
Someone said Moses McCartney embodies the pre-Nirvana definition of alternative rock. Good one. Clearly, Moses lifted its sound from that magical late 80s/early 90s era. Ah, the rock. No one's safe. But it's all Beatles in the end, isn't it?
Postscript: Moses McCartney members have other projects they'd like you to hear. Singer Dennis Crupi has a band called Primitive Painters, and guitarist Mike Kamoo is doin' it with The Stereotypes. Find them right here on CD Baby.

author: Alexis AbalosAll I have to say is finally. Finally, finally, finally something that we can get behind. Every song is a great one.
Unlike anyone coming from the region these days.
author: George A. Paul, Mean Street MagazineThose hankering for the late 80s/early 90s days when alt/rock was frequented by such atmospheric bands as Kitchens Of Distinction and Catherine Wheel will dig Moses McCartney. The OC band's debut disc features densely textured guitar sounds and dramatic Morrisseyesque vocals.
