Jennifer Morgeson, vocalist and guitarist, her lead guitarist/synth player Derek Richards, drummer Doc Richards, and bassist Chris Rhodes are all based out of Annapolis, Maryland. Jennifer began playing classical piano at the age of 9, picked up the drums at the age of 12, and the guitar at the age of 13. Song writing has always been a sustained passion, stemming from the young age of 5.
The band formed in April 2007 and immediately felt a natural chemistry. Derek soon joined the band in January 2008. Jennifer uses personal experience to write each song, and Derek, Doc and Chris use their talents to produce accompanying sounds to suit the mood of each track.
Jennifer aims to write music that speaks personally to listeners, yet also allows for a high-energy, entertaining live show.
