The Mobb Unit's members are Terrence Hariston (DeNiro) and Sean Patton (Young Toon). DeNiro was born in Daly City, California. He graduated from Vallejo High School in Vallejo California. He is a producer, lyricist and artist. He is known for his deep booming voice. His ability as a lyricist comes naturally and has helped him establish himself as the group's idea man. He produced the "Mobster Pleasures" album with the exception of three songs contributed by other Bay Area Producers. He currently produces for other Vallejo rappers.

Young Toon was born in Richmond, CA. He is known as the party guy, and you can count on him to get the party started as well as move a crowd at live performances. His voice and rap style is very unique. He sounds like no one else in the business. His rap style is powerful and aggressive. He watches, look, listen and do. He takes to the studio naturally and vibes well. His love of life, women, and conversation are explained in his lyrics.

The Mobb Unit do not put out garbage. Their beats are original. Every song was made to be a hit.
