Howdy all – my name is Matt Moore. I am a 23-year old musician, photographer, and art director. I grew up in Cincinnati and recently moved to Atlanta for graduate studies at The Creative Circus.
I began playing music in high school after acquiring my mother’s classical guitar. I have gone on to learn components of varied instruments such as the keyboard, bass, fiddle, hand percussion, harmonica, and perhaps most importantly, vocals.
Throughout the years, my music has changed and continues to morph still. People always ask, “Who do you sound like?” I tell them Dr. Seuss on Vikatin. My music is structured yet funky, symmetrical yet fickle.
This is my first solo album. I collaborated with several amazing musicians but I play the majority of the instruments in each track. The vocals are all me. Give the samples a listen, and if you like it – buy a copy! Or download it. Thanks for your support.
