Songcrafter & vocalist Mitchell named "One of the best unsigned artists to watch for" by LA's BAM Music magazine presents his new cd "Back Again For The First Time"..music Insiders & fans agree"Mitchell is poised to hit the charts!"
-born in London, England. At age 15 Mitchell had already established himself as a studio session drummer in Nashville.
-Mitchell's first major exposure was as the drummer for Blues legend: John Lee Hooker .He was also the Opening Act for B.B. King .
-his determination and persistence finally paid off resulting in a three album record deal with CBS Records with his band Hellfield.
-first album contained two hit songs that were released in Europe; as well as a single in England
-when an import copy found its way to an American radio station chain demand was so overwhelming that CBS Canada issued a U.S. release that was met with great success.
-major tours followed: Hellfield was the opening act for the Cars at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto..
-during this very creative period Mitchell had also added song writing and singing to his growing list of musical talents which included a twelve string guitar and keyboards.
-Mitchell then relocated to Los Angeles to focus on song writing and recording new songs in his home studio.
-Mitchell composed the theme song to the movie "Taxi to L.A."..
-he also hosted and produced his own T.V. show "Night Music".Recently Slash & Duff from Velvet Revolver introduced MITCHELL from the stage and welcomed him backstage after the show ..old friends from his days in LA.....With media appearances on Global TVs Morning News & the Classic FM Radio show "Electric Lunch Hour" there is no doubt " HE'S READY"

    Rock N'Roll isn't even my type of music but when I heard this CD...the songs, the voice, the instruments just blew me away! It's so addictive I can play it over and over, but with only 5 songs in a CD is such a tease I can't wait for the next album!!

    MITCHELL brought out in Back AgainFor The First Time. This CD proved to exhibit a smooth calm clear rivival of wisdom gained world wide and expressed. Raspy, sulty and most definitely with voice in control was what I saw when I met MITCHELL .. He brings sensuality with passion and poise to the guitar and writes with clarity and perception. A Signal in the Noise was interesting .. it's just too hard to make a choice SIGN THIS MAN ON !!!!!!

    This was not bad for a commercial CD. The mix is good and the music and the wording is fantastic. I would give it five stars with about four more songs with a bit more tempo.(Drums,Breaks, You know, The old way with a new sound. I hope to hear more from mitchell in the near Future.
