Tight and Funky
author: Tim Hoy8 years ago I saw Milo Z live in Athens and was blown away by the tightest bunch of funky musicians I'd heard in over a decade. It's fitting for me that this live album (my third) was recorded there too - albeit at a different venue. Like the two previous albums, this one grows on you every time you stick it on. It's all about the music and keeping it tight. Not ego driven fly by night pappy artificial get rich quick merchants, but true musicians playing real instruments with a passion and skill that is usually hard to find. Lovely, Lovely - LOVELY

The Milo Z Band, whether it is up on the hill, down by the sea(Boston}or in the Big Apple, is ALWAYS a must see and hear performance. Ela,Ela is my new favorite. I applaud your ability to use the Greek language to make this rhythmic, stick in your mind song. Any day that Milo and Smokin' Joe can perform together (with their additional talented musicians)is a great day. That boy may be crazy, but that boy is talented. Congrats on your continued success.
