Mike Eisler has played in many bluegrass bands over the years. The Coast Highway Boys, The Sawtooth Mountain Boys,The Vern Williams Band, Good & Country, Kentucky Rose and now Lee Highway. Modern recording technology has enabled him to create an instrumental album of original material where he plays all of the instruments. It is therefore safe to say he knew "what the other musician would play and when." I hope you enjoy this unique and highly energized performance by one of the Northwests finest instrumentalists playing new music that I'm sure will become bluegrass favorites.

Masterpiece
author: Gabi FordThe very talented Mike Eisler has created a masterpiece with this CD. Each track is fun in its own right, bringing sounds and twists to the theme song and creating a setting for it. So enjoyable. On "Smarty Jones" you can hear the clippidy clop of the hooves, and so on. Very clever tunes, very well done, very professional sound. My favorite is Cascade Blues because it has a lovely mando solo in it. All the songs are totally catchy and fun, fun, fun!!! A true gem!
