beautiful
author: Porter Singersuch a pleasure to hear talent like this. her EPs are also well worth the money and your attention!
great voice, music, lyrics
author: Hollie S.Mieka Pauley's smoky voice is amazing to listen to, and her lyrics are thoughtful and intelligent. And don't put off by attempts to categorize these songs as soul or blues, there is a pop sensibility to her melodies that outshines these genres to my ears. (Also, as of this writing Mieka tours a lot...if you have a chance to see her live, by all means don't miss that opportunity.)
