Folky-blues, acoustic jazz, Philadelphia based Melody Gardot gently stirs the senses with a diverse collection of beautifully poignant songs dripping with strength-filled honesty. The Bedroom Sessions EP was recorded bedside following a motor vehicle accident that left young Gardot immobile and disabled. It was during this time the "Some Lessons" EP was written. Dubbed the 'bedroom sessions' due to the nature of the recording process, this debut EP showcases a soul-bearing artist, with songs full of profound maturity and empathy. LIMITED PRESSING AVAILABLE.
