Meet the guys:
Marty Cohen – award-winning songwriter and veteran performer who fronts the group on lead vocals, guitar and harmonica. Dreams of someday being a Sidekick.
Ken Rabiroff (Rightkick) – on lead guitar and vocals, with a passion for guitar that can’t be controlled. Looks good in hats.
Jeff Sears (Leftkick) – on bass and vocals. Born under the western skies and raised on rock ’n’ roll.
James Stewart (Backkick) – percussionist par excellence. Keeps the boys in line with a solid beat and bad jokes.

Sidekicks offer taste of Americana
author: Jim Carnes, The Sacramento Bee, Friday Ticket 11/17/06... Cohen wrote all 11 songs; the arrangements were a group effort. The sound ranges from slightly jazzy to a little bit country and folky in the Tom Paxton vein. The lyrics are literate, personal, earnest and delivered in a straightforward and confident voice. The band's goal is "music that moves and lyrics that say something."
