This CD was originally inspired by and created for a company called Under the Canopy Farms. They breed those cool little poison arrow frogs as well as a million other types of frogs, toads, and snakes.
The music is very "froggy" sounding. By this I mean very upbeat with clicks, chirps, as well as flutes and drums. I really love the way it turned out and is probably my favorite of the percussive albums that I've done. You can almost see those little frogs hopping all over the place when you listen to this CD!
I again turned to Mark Rubel and Pogo Studios to help with the mixing/mastering process. This CD was originally finished in 2003, but it took us a while to decide when/how we were going to release it....and a few other projects came into play which delayed this process. No matter, all of that is behind us now and this new music is finally available for the world to enjoy!
