As a real lover of Art Tatum I really enjoyed this DVD!!! Mr. Makowicz is a fantastic artist and deserves much more recognition than he has received. Makowicz isn't merely a Tatum wanna be but he has his own style which comes through well on this DVD. Mr. Makowicz, thanks so very much.
incredible playing, brought to you in home-made packaging
author: Wade Cottingham5 stars for the playing and the DVD. It's good to be able to see such a great pianist as well as hear him. The packaging for this set is completely and thoroughly home-made. Surprisingly so. Anyway, 5 stars for the music.
