Folk-rock, lo-fi and sci-fi mixes together into a joyful and poppish mixture. The lyrics are absurd fairytales, and the melodies are bound to be whisteled by you if you can whistle and if you listen to this album more than once.

Magnus Moriarty™: Sky-fi Beatitude
The further explorations of Moriarty(tm) and his companion and producer Mr. Ergo goes into an area where folk-rock, lo-fi and sci-fi mixes together into a joyful and poppish mixture. The lyrics are absurd fairytales, and the melodies are bound to be whisteled by you if you can whistle and if you listen to this album more than once.
M a g n u s M o r i a r t y ™
From his awfully dusty room and his old skool four track sounds the creepy organ, the sad cowboy 12-string and the old "French inspector" violin as if conversating gently in a 1920 café. The drum kit has surely had to much espresso already, and his Casio; the drunk, can barely stand on its keys while killing the bottle of absinthe in the midst of this chaos, Moriarty™ is rubbing his fingers and whilst having a lucky, he's recording his friends the great orchestra of instruments, On Fridays, some human bean friends of Moriarty™ turns up to make fun of and play with these weird ones. The creepy organ shivers and sobs under the fingers of Rasmus Moriarty™ and under deep candy colored skies Moriarty™´s friend the twelve string savior Marius Ergo arise strumming the guitar, splitting tobacco with his hat on and everything. So they play and drink until the morning makes them go ritardando, you know, and the Mondays suddenly occur again and the 12-string has to saddle his own horse and pull his own strings while the Casio hung-over sits in the couch, deeply in love with the organ the violin screaming: Bach! Come save me! And nobody listening. And Moriarty™ nowhere but at home recording his four track tunes for grandparents, pilots and others to enjoy.
