notes
The Mad Conductor's first full-length release propels the band's trajectory a little further into that tripped-out dimension their initial release had just cracked open. Threads of ska, rock, hip-hop, and psychedelia weave in and out to produce joyful, trippy, strange, funny music.
This time around, MC Devlin's complex rhymes and Dan McKinney's familiar studio techniques blend with bass, drums, guitar, and keyboard tracks from the live Mad Conductor band.
Chris Tray is best known as the founding force behind Nazareth Pennsylvania's "No-Cash". Dan McKinney played for years with Bethlehem, Pa.'s "The Original Sins", and operates a recording studio in Center Valley, PA.
