You can't help but notice the dynamic duo on the front of the stage. One is bellowing raspy vocals with the energy of a pure rock and roll goddess and the soul of a legendary blues artist that inhabits the city she hails from. The other is a femme fatale holding her weapon of choice: an electric viola that evokes powerful slashes of sound, commanding your attention with each note. This is Reyna and Katrina and this is Mabel Mabel.
But before you rely on the talents of two front women worthy of all this praise, behind them stand 5 gentlemen forming the groove and foundation that makes Mabel Mabel exactly what Chicago needs.
