Every once in a while a talent rises out of the crowd.
Someone that sets the trends which ultimately will be followed.
The year is 2006 and the artist is Lenny Miceli a.k.a. L-Rude.
Born and raised in small town Canton Massachusetts (a short distance
from Boston) Rude is clearly "not your typical rapper".
At age 18, Rude has devoted more than half of his life to refining his gift
as a rapper/hip-hop artist. Heavily influenced by the sounds of Dr. Dre,
Notorious B.I.G., and Eminem, Rude flows with a finesse usually seen in
the more seasoned of entertainers.
So, "how can an Irish/Italian kid FROM THE BURBS rap with a flow like that?!
...and why are critics referring to Rude as the next Eminem?
Well, in the words of Rude, "Hey, I’m just doing my thing.
Why should it matter if I’m black, white or purple?
Just judge the music. Love it or hate it".

I thought "LIFTED" was very real.
author: SHYNEIt was all real talk ya know. Its LRUDE tellin you like it is. Honesty is the numba one key to catchin someones attention. This song was just basicaaly the truth of how things really go down at parties..and people always are afraid to do something because of the rep they might get nd most the time guys nd girls use the excuse.."we were drunk". I like a song that you can realte to. Its not fake ya know...I LOVEEEDDDD IT...now im bout to go get LIFTED..hahahahahah...real talk

The lyrics in the song Lifted are inspiring in a way as well asmaking me want to jump to my feet and start dancing. I have showed the song to many others and they like it aswell we cant wait to see what else comes out...We also want to get the CD...Every time i listen to it I get a smile on my face. It is almost like the Lyrics are talking to me.

Who is this guy? How is it that I have never heard of him before. I played this song at party last weekend. It set it off. We must have played it a total of about 12 times. chek it out for urself. ...be prepared to have a designated driver. It is sooo hot!! Only negative is that the full cd is not yet avail. I highly recommend.

LRUDE is an inspiration
