Duff McKagan, having carved out a place in rock 'n roll history, requires no lengthy introduction. His former band, Guns 'n Roses, and current supergroup, Velvet Revolver, have traveled the world selling millions of records.
Loaded was formed in 1999 and has morphed several times, releasing two albums: 1999's "Live Episode" album and 2001's "Dark Days". The current line-up features drummer Geoff Reading (New American Shame, Green Apple Quickstep), bassist Jeff Rouse and guitarist Mike Squires (both formerly of Alien Crime Syndicate). This tight-knit group of rock 'n roll brothers brings their high-energy to every stage, from Seattle's Sunset Tavern to Tokyo's NK Hall.
Loaded is currently working on a new, yet-to-be-titled, studio album to be release in the Summer of '08 with tours worldwide to follow.

If you're reading this review chances are you're not only familiar with, but also a fan of GNR and its individual members' brand of LA rock. This cd takes the sound of McKagan's first solo record (Believe In Me) a step further with a more focused direction. Think Neurotic Outsiders and you're pretty close!

It's good old fashioned rock-n-roll that kicks you right in the...(um, you know) I had no idea Duff could sing- I love his voice! Every time I listen to this album I like it a little more. I definitely would recommend buying Dark Days. Loaded rocks!
