Little Phil still sounds like Little Phil and YES, he can sing soul!!
author: B Leo BrownI've been a fan of Phil's for 35 or so years, so I am a relative new comer; however, even at this late date, Phil can still belt em' out. The song selecton is pretty good, but could have been better, though Little Phil sounds great on every cut. I'm glad he did this instead of a rock N' roll album. I enjoy listening to the return of Little Phil, and if I danced, I would do so to this.

Plus a great honor to record with the great players on the CD! Although we have all been friends for years, the rush hits me everytime I listen to it. Little Phil is like a fine vintage wine. He Just Gets Better! I am proud to have been a part of the Blues History that this Cd will surely hold for years to come. If you like it RAW and FUN... you need to get "OUT of THE SHADOWS"!
