Her lyrics cut diamonds in your mind while her music blankets your blood stream with opiates of sound, like Sting and Joni wrapped up in one.

notes
Many artists may claim to be original, and Linda is one that owns that claim. Her lyrics and music carve out a unique genre...and yet...and yet, her songs feel like second skin, warm, familiar; comfort-food for the ear and the soul. Paradox Clock provides a delectable selection to whet your palate. Each of her songs offer a new flavor to savor. Her music is fresh and timeless, not to mention enchanting and seductive. You can’t help but be drawn in by this woman and her art. There is something special happening here.
...a little bit about the artist...Linda started writing songs at age 11. When asked about the songwriting process, Linda has this to say, "I don't try to write music, I just sit down at the piano and it comes to me, usually words and music together...and writing is kind of a misnomer -- I don't really "write" my music...I just close my eyes and play...if you ask me what notes I'm playing or what chords, I have to stop and think about it, because most of the time, I don't think it out...it just comes".
...a little bit about the style...Linda's songs are hard to classify, but she says, "Most often I hear the names, 'Joni, Sting, Tori' when people are comparing my music -- which is a huge compliment; I'm not sure it's accurate...I can only hope that when people listen to my music, they connect with something -- the sounds, the lyrics, the gestalt of the piece".
She is already at work on the next album project which she hopes to release Fall of 2009. Stay tuned.
