In order to get the most out of this Cd you have to let the subconscious take over. Listen to it as a meditation and follow along or let it play in the background while exercising and let your mind drift. A part of you will do the exercise and your mind will be clearer. I use this in the car, but recommend that you listen to it a couple of times at home first. Sometimes the mind will concentrate on just the cd and you want to arrive at you destination safely
Massage therapists have had great results using this on repeat for a full session or blending it into half the massage. The cd is 26 minutes and 13 seconds. The results include having chronic pain patients reduce pain levels, and in combination with massage treatment, eliminate the pain entirely. It’s that mind, body, spirit thing.
If you put on headphones and run on a treadmill you will speed the process, because this is also about getting the energy in the body moving. Afterward you can focus on your goals more clearly and let the obstacles melt in front of you.
This was made with mutual success in mind. If I help you achieve your goals with this process, you will automatically help me with my goal of letting the world be a happier place.

John Larkin has been gathering the strength for this album for over 30 years. Raised on an Iowa farm John saw the continuity of life, the seasonal changes and the persistence of life. Life always finds an expression.
Through the military, John found order, but after three years, not enough expression. For another three years John lived in a yogic ashram, meditating and studying teachers such as Ram Das and Anandamurti. The balance of social responsibility and introspection lead John to try several fields, success in some, and utter failure in others. Some of the failures were the biggest blessings ever.
Dennis Waitley helped John through the 80’s with his Goal Mind series and the simple concept that maybe the soil, not the seed was bad and if you moved yourself into good soil you could flourish. Life always finds an expression
Carolyn Myss in her Anatomy of the Spirit added giant pieces to the puzzle when she equated the Sacraments to the Charkas. Giving way for an individual to script their life without distractions and with Divine continuity.
Other influences in John’s life are the Thomas Covenant series whose character found all actions have a reason and the Strands of Starlight series on the uses of power.
John has been a hands on healer since 1994 and uses his entire past experiences to help others. He found the imagination a powerful tool in helping others let go of the mental/ emotional root of their physical pain. And of course under the mental/ emotional cause was a spiritual cause. This has allowed many of his clients to become the masters of their own fate.
On a personal note, John has been married since 1988 to the most tolerant if not understanding woman on the planet. They share a home in Aurora Colorado where they are raising 2 beautiful daughters. John’s wife Sherry is a nationally certified Medical Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher.
Both daughters, Miranda and Elthia, are still seeking their own
Path, after all they are kids.

Unique support for personal power in daily activities.
author: HelenUnlike other CD's of this type, John's CD is helpful performing daily activities more efficiently from start to finish as well as providing relaxation to allow deeper sleep. Listening while driving I stay calmer & arrive at my destination not needing to unwind from the drive! Paying bills, doing housework & performing other stressful activities I have the power to begin & complete each task faster with accuracy. It seems like I actually 'relax' while I complete formerly stressful tasks. Unbelievable. Thanks John for taking the time to give of yourself to benefit those of us looking for this incredible personal support. Are there more CD's to come? I sure hope so!
