Lani Stacy has been singing since age 5, in public since age 8. Starting in Texas at local Oprys and churches developed her to become a great singer/performer. At age 13 she starred in a band called "Quicksilver" they won numerous contest and opened for stars like...Pam Tillas, Mark Chestnut, and Shenandoah. At age 16 she begin performing in shows at Six Flags Over Texas, starring in "Hot Rockin' Country" and "Santa Country". At age 19 she started a band again and began opening for stars such as...Reba McEntire, Bryan White, The Kinleys, Joe Diffe, Jo D Messina, and more. After all this she set off to Nashville to find a record label. After about 2 yrs of searching she began to feel a call from the Lord to minister in churches. She was hired as the Assoc. Worship Pastor at Cross Timbers Church in Argyle Tx where she worked for 4 yrs. She then got the Worship Pastor position at Metroplex Chapel in Euless Tx, she is still the Worship Pastor going on 4 yrs.
She had been doing contemporary music in church and had gotten away from her country roots. Last year she began to pray asking for guidence from the Lord because she felt being lead back to country music. After time in prayer God revealed to her that he wanted her to do an album that showed exactly who Lani Stacy was, her sound, roots and all. So that is how this album was started, after writing songs and searching for others she has come up with a very unique project that will blow you away. The best!
author: Brenda FosterThe CD has music which ministers to all. If you like country music and contemporary Christian music, then you are in for a treat. Some of the best writing I've seen. You don't want to miss having this in your collection.
