Bethlehem Morning:
In 1990, Christian Record Review called Bethlehem Morning, intricate and moving. Now, with extensive re–recording and four new tracks, listeners are calling this updated work peaceful, worshipful, a work of art. A must–have for everyone's holiday music collection!
La Lumiere:
Sometimes a musical endeavor seems to take on a life all its own. La Lumiere is a perfect case in point. The project began, almost by accident, thirteen years ago. Originally, this collection of classic Christmas melodies was intended to serve only as a holiday gift for friends and families of the participating musicians. It was a labor of love by everyone involved — even studio time and cover artwork were donated by gifted and kind–hearted friends.
Then, late in the recording process, somebody suggested that extra copies be made. It all seemed simple enough. Of course, nobody back then realized the ripples from that decision would still be spreading outward as you read these words today.
But spread they did. Before long, several thousand copies sold. And while the sales figures may not be great by industry standards, Bethlehem Morning clearly made an impact in the lives of many who listened.
Time and time again, we have been humbled to hear from people who insist this is their favorite Christmas CD ever. New mothers tell how they played it during labor. This music has even been chosen to soothe hospice patients. The response has been far beyond anything we might have imagined possible. And still, long after the last copy had been sold, people kept asking for more.
Fast forward to Summer 2002: the musicians at the heart of La Lumiere find themselves drawn to make their holiday effort available to a wider audience, but this time around, with significant updates. We’ve added four additional tunes, and re–recorded, embellished and remixed major portions of the album using state–of–the–art instruments and technology.
And so, as with all living things, our little collection continues to grow and to change. We hope the love, tranquility and inspiration that surround this music will touch you the way they’ve touched so many before you.

It's awesome
author: CindyI bought this as a cassette in 1990, but the cassette wore out. Thanks for making a new one. I did like the songs that had been replaced, but I love the new ones equally as well. Well done. Cindy
