The Lake String Quartet has been performing together since 1999. The members spend June, July and August performing in the historic Lake Hotel on the shores of Lake Yellowstone in Yellowstone National Park. Their unusual repertoire and unique sound has earned them a loyal audience among Yellowstone natives and tourists alike.

When not in Yellowstone, Lake String Quartet musicians are members of three different orchestras in the eastern U.S.

This CD is so wonderful. I actually worked at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel and I bought the Quartet's CD while I was out there. When I came home, I lost it and was so upset! After a quick Google search, CD Baby came to my rescue and once again, I was back in the sunroom of the hotel in the evening listening to the sweet strings of the LSQ. Thanks so much to all of you in the group for coming together every night and providing workers and tourists alike with your music!! You are appreciated!!
