it is a pleasure to listen to "emerald dance..." margaret captures something that is hard to describe. tranquil and honest. those aren't words that come to mind often when i load my cd player. and it isn't contrived new age bullshit. it's real. it is hard to imagine someone not being touched by this work.and to think a piece like this comes from someone who grew up in an environment like she did. amazing. often as a musician i find myself trying to impress other musicians.i fight the urge every day..others don't even try. i doubt that this has ever crossed ms. lafferty's mind...and that makes this a work that is truly special. please consider visiting http://www.cdbaby.com/tb .
